10 warning signs you need to know

🚨 ALWAYS BE SUSPICIOUS OF:

Password request by phone, email, or chat

No legitimate system asks for your password.

Urgent email with unknown attachment

Urgency + attachment = maximum alert.

“Security” link received by email

Always access the website by typing the address directly.

Unusual or after-hours transfer

Confirm via another channel before executing.

“Don't tell anyone” — RED FLAG 🚩

Legitimate processes do not ask for secrecy.

Never open without validating with the IT team.

Email apparently from a CEO or director

Time pressure is a classic scam trigger. Stop and think.
